Shipping Policy

We offer shipping via UPS within the U.S. (Not including the U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico). Order tracking is provided free of charge with every order placed. Ground Shipping generally takes 5-12 business days from the time an order is placed until it arrives at your door (not guaranteed). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day. All vaults ship from our warehouse in Alabama. Cancel An Order

Prior to shipping, buyers may be able to cancel an order. Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur shipping charges.

Once shipping has been initiated

The cancellation will be considered a return, and you will be responsible for packaging and shipping the returned vault. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of the vault are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during the return shipping to our warehouse in Alabama.
